License Our Music

UltraMax songs and compositions are available for licensing for various uses including but not limited to:

• TV, video, film, theatrical play production

• compilations and derivative works

• background music (stores, websites, presentations, shows)

• online and XM satellite radio.

Depending on your project you may need to obtain one or more of the following licenses:

• mechanical license, which grants the right to use the music on tangible media (such as CD or DVD), subject to a statutory fee

• master license, which grants the right to reproduce master recording, negotiable

• synchronization license, which applies for film, video or theatrical productions, negotiable.
